Item delivered showed but courier not delivered me ,very worst Indian post office services ..

I got a fake call regarding to pay 2rs for updating my adress where my adress about to reach... There are totally fake guys rahul kumar.... 9083854014 and second one who talk as a head of rahul kumar.... 07855894291there tone was just like a bihari people

After tracking the speed post it is pointed out that such Envelop recd in jhansi post office on 26.11.23 but delivered on 28.11.23 delay of two days

I recieved a mail that item dispached on 22 Nov 2023 through speed post. I enquired about the status of that on 28/11/2023, so they are saying that address is not mentioned on to that and asking for money to update the address. Is it correct or any type of scam

After I checked my courier status I received a call from this number +918918943808 asking Money to update my address is it the usual or scam anyone has any idea about it

Last Monday dispatch tha Mera parcel still today not receive.

I had made a speed post o date 20nov and it's 7 days ...the item is not received yet. It is so delayed.
