Didn't receive my courier

No calls no information on delivery

Still waiting for delivery since 2 weeks. Door locked. Customer does not exist are the messages on tracking. Even though we are at home 24/7

My post is very urgent, so i book by speed post but delivery system is very worst book on 7 from saidpur ghazipur to nashik reach after 11 days,don't book any type of material by speed post.

Service is very good

Booked a parcel by speed post parcel as suggested by the counter man to reach the destination within three days to Jamshedpur city but it is painful to mention here after nine days it has not been delivered. Firstly it was diverted to Harsiddhi SO, Champaran again aligned put on right track to Jamshedpur. It reached to Jamshedpur on 16.11.2023 at 8.42 am but could not reached to Golmuri SO. If any is supervising all these things please look into this peculiar case

Horrible service I sent a parcel on 11.11.23, till 17.11.23 not delivered I strongly recommend not to utilise this service.

Tracking software is very poor or the peoples who update the Data on tracking are lazy. Today ie on 17th Nov 2023,showing the updation of tracking of 12th Nov 2023.This is the condition of Govt employees, who are taking pay only.

Postal mail service is very very poor. I send speed post on 10th Nov 2023.Til date ie, 17th Nov undelivered. Shame for the department

Not yet received my acknowledgement card letter delivered on 3rd November.....very poor updates

My parcel dispatched on 15 nov 2023 but yet not recieved as I have to submit before 20 nov 2023...what will I do now?

Too poor service

Very lower prices compared to courier service. And there is accountability in postal service. we can file complaint as they are govt employees they should answer to our queries. But in courier service every one is private no accountability at all.
