An important letter was sent from Srirangpattana through Number SGT423778 on 8/02/2024 and parcel has reached on 10)02/2024 Saturday but supposed to deliver on Sunday the 11th .If at all Sunday holiday supposed to deliver Monday early hours in the morning.But not delivered till after noon. I called the concerned office at Kengeri ,she said the delivery boy is on leave and will be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) .Since it was important ,I called Mr .Sathis Manager , explained him the urgency of the letter n requested him to send imdtly. Responsible man refused to arrange for delivery. wht we send letter/s through professional courier paying extra cost than Indian Post Bcz with an hope for immediate and prompt Service.But the Manager Mr.Sathis and staff are admant bring bad name to the organisation. Staff said to collect from his office .See the audacity of staff n Manager Sathis also told me to collect from his office .Then why should we pay extra cost for this type is attitude and service. Since it was urgent for me went to his office and collected official letter .the head of the professional courier is requested to take immediate action against these persons and action taken may be intimated to me . The professional courier service is worst under any circumstances important and urgent documents or any document shoud not be sent through professional courier.
