Parcel from Madurai I collected personally from professional courieoffice Edamalaipatti Pudur, Trichy on last Monday ie on 19/02/2024 . I received a message on Saturday evening that the consignment was not delivered as party not available which was a false statement. I was very well available at the residence only. As the parcel was a little large the delivery boy was reluctant to carry and deliver the parcel. After visiting three times to the delivery office the person over there couldn’t trace my parcel and the same I got it during my fourth visit from other person. It is the worst service I have experienced from the professional courier. I am 65 years old I was forced to carry the parcel manually as I couldn’t get any transport. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional for which I recommend to remove this agency from your courier service and engage some other agency. My consignment number is IXM505889106.
