Change the company name from Professional courier to Unprofessional courier, such a pathetic service and customer care service is worst, I have sent a courier on 7-05-2024 they said it will be delivered in 2 days still not recived it's alredy 11-05-2024 after contacting the customer care they are saying at receiver area company is closed how did u sent an package, my question is how did u people accepted an package when it is closed now I need to travell 40km to collect the package after paying Rs.950/- such a worst service
