The worst ever . One lady calls n asks me to come n collect the parcel in Thudiyalur Coimbatore . Then I don kno wat they mean by courier service. Then the next day she gives another number n asks to contact them. There it is even worse for the lady got the awb number n hung the cal no response till now . Wat kind of service is this . U call the customer care the person speaks only Hindi n hangs the cal . Is there no option that these ppl realise value of time in others needs?
