My parcel booked on 8th june 2024, but today 12 th june 2024. But tracking shows still transit. I am tried customer care contact which is given below, that person said "your package has locked and release has to pay 2 rupees and given a link..... I gone there i lost 3000 rupees which is in my balance in account 3002.65. Team please
