I had a terrible experience with The Professional Courier, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs reliable and timely delivery. First, the package was delayed well beyond the promised delivery date, without any updates or communication from the company. I had to call multiple times to get an update, and each time I was given a different answer with no clear information on where my package actually was. When the package finally arrived, it was damaged and in poor condition. The packaging was torn, and items inside were dented and scratched. It was obvious that my package had not been handled with care. Customer service was also a huge letdown. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to lodge a complaint. The representative seemed indifferent and didn’t offer any meaningful assistance or apology.
