Worst than worst service. Didn't deliver the courier, they dnt even call the customer and say door was locked. In enquire they say we dnt have time to call, you should be at home to collect. Pathetic. Close this service. Highly unprofessional people

The most unprofessional couriér. Don't ever try to send the parcel through them. I have sent a courier on 13th September to Bengaluru still not yet reached as of today 16th September 10 30pm. Probably they would have stolen our materials. It's Birthday gift which has more emotional value. From 14th September tracking shows in Bangalore and they not even bothered to pick our calls.

Customers service call number always switch off then how to we contect them? Every time when we call nobody response totaly fail service and also hike rate Custemer rate is-----000000

Very worst service last I sent a parcel via this service to trivarur. It was reached after 5 days , more over no proper response from them.
