My order has not arrived yet.. it's been 14 15 days but nothing is known yet Their service is very bad I would suggest that no one orders from them.When these people don't know how to work then why do they work at all? Shut down your company...people are troubled because of this.

They charge for Pro Premium but deliver the consignment late. When asked they are saying they have only pro premium services and they will deliver fast!! Very bad.

On the 6th Sept. I sent a parcel from Chennai to a friend who had come down from NZ., and staying at Mumbai. The package was delivered on time to him before his departure back to NZ on the 9th Sept. It was job well done by professional courier

Worlds most useless service. If you can’t courier the parcel so don’t take the responsibility. Seriously you guys need 15-20 days just to parcel within India. When I’m writing this review still I don’t have my parcel.

An article was booked vide tracking IDHPT6962576 from Hospet to Hyderabad on 02 Sep 2024, till 15 Sep parcel not received at Hyderabad. Worst service, No reason for delay is provided, still article is showing in transit. There no rating available below 1 else would have been given zero for this.

This is the worst courier service company I have ever seen. They update status delivered even they haven't called you. There is no customer support.

The worst service.. Though my item received 2 days back, ut is not yet delivered at my adress in Kollam city. Not even a call.. If u couldn't deliver promptly, don't accept parcel n cheat people like this
