Worst service ever seen. I paid Couriour charges also and now 1 person called me and saying that ur parcel is on hold please send us the full address and pay 5/- . Five rupees is not matter for me why should I pay extra amount and how can they take the parcel without To address.

Worst experience, 90 km distance 4 days to deliver , we booked on condition that to deliver by next day evening but delivered after 3 days, no proper customer care response, please don't book through professional courier. 0 rating

Worst service, in fact there is no service. When I ring up they disconnect & they call me to ask me to pay ₹5/ to register on a link they will send. The person also wanted know how do I send them It is clrey a fraud. How this profesional courier is connected to fraudster is amezing. O one is available to talk to. It is next to imposible to track the courier. This is the first time & will be the last time & will never use this professional courier. This is the condition for local delivery with in Bangalore. In three days they have not delivered the courier. My request please donot use this professional courier which is the most unprofessional.

Worst service ever, I sent a courier on 12th August 2024, and today 12th Sept still it is showing in transit for 240 kms and delivery location is PUNE. Tracking ID - ABJ21955

Never send packages throught this courier service the dont deliver at time and very careless with our packages
