faltu service, i don't think we take ur service/recommend for ur service. total irresponsible , even on cust care. they are asking our bit/credit card dtls jst to pay rs 5 extra. not even sharing the present branch contact /dtls wr our parcel is lying.

I booked one parcel on 25 th June. The delivery report shows that the parcel was delivered on 26 th at 8.12 pm. But my client doesn’t receive it. On that day she was at her house. When I tried to call, most of the time the number is not available, if it rings nobody picks, if anybody picks no one responds properly. What kind of cheep service is this? My tracking number is MAA574149547. If anyone genuine in professional courier pls take necessary action against the delivery person and do the needful.

The track status here shows that a courier to me was delivered on 12 June 2024. But it was delivered wrongly to someone else. After lots of chasing, I got it delivered to me only on 21 June 2024. Totally not happy with the service.

Please don't choose Tamilnadu and Karnataka state it's delivered in very worst and no good response form any one professional courier employees are very worst

Very bad service. I booked a courier letter on Friday 14th June from Mumbai to Kanpur. The parcel is not yet delivered although it has reached kanpur on 17th June as per tracking data. It is almost 7 days. My parcel was very urgent and they had said that max 4 days it will be delivered.
