The consignment reached Bangalore on 14th but has not been delivered even after two days. No update, no proper customer service, no proper way to raise the ticket from the receiver end.

Booked a 7 kg parcel by Air to G. Noida on the 8 th with an assurance of 5 days delivery. One week after not delivered and always shows in transit. These courier companies looks like charge by air and send by surface. V poor service and no one to be contacted
