Very bad service, I have send courier 27/5/24 but still time to my parcel not delivered.

Home delivery is not available. And Redirection option also not available... Worst courier service.

There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given it. Parcel booked 30th may 2024 from Jamshedpur to Ghaziabad but of 04/06/2024 1.30 pm not delivered where as they are charging more than speed post. Speed post is better option it delivers on 3rd day and local next day within half day. Useless service

The worst service, wasting time

It's been 5 days my order wasn't despatched till now. Worst courier service i never seen in my entire life.

Very unprofessional approach. But named professional courier. Parcel reached Kolkata on 26th May still it is showing in transit. Taken 6 days time to reach 16 km. Not received any positive response from their. May they have some separate meaning of "PROFESSIONAL".
