One of the worst Service Pro Premium courier Booked Mumbai to Kottayam Kerala 3 days Before still Now not Received Courier

Worst service. Packet booked on 8th June is yet to reach Hyderabad (13th) - a distance of only 220kms. No online service or response; no response on customer care phones. Only d booking person at Gulbarga is helpful. Will someone be of assistance?

I am tried customer care contact which is given below, that person said "your package has locked and release has to pay 2 rupees and given a link..... I gone there i lost 3000 rupees which is in my balance in account 3002.65. Team please

Too worrest service in rajamundy professional courier office higher authority has to take serious action against them.Beacuse we have sent Courier in April 08 2024 but still it was not delivered to the respective place of delivery and office phone is also switched off right now .this is too bad
