Worsttt courier service ever, these stupids never attempt to deliver the goods on time and they never care to give you update or even not pick the calls and everytime we call to customer care a uneducated lady picks the call and talks nonsense

Since saturday 6th April they were not in a position to deliver the courier.. don't understand what's the problem with these service

Within India even after two days sender doesn’t know if the packet has reached destination hub or not. Pathetic. The website shows “in transit” which even a layman knows ! PC should inform its customer if it has reached their destination hub or not. In today’s world of electronics , simple data such as my request is lagging. It has to say “”reached Mumbai Hub”.. Holiday next day”. Expected delivery the day after ( after 4pm ) etc etc. Professional courier has to update and modernise it tracking . It’s another matter that in its website too many ads appear confusing the customer!

Poor service, parcel not delivered for one week. We can get from abroad in 5 days and within India you take 8 days and still in transit.. very very slow

I didn't get my courier but it's showing 8th of April and they are not responding my call also even not updating properly please don't post any courier through professional courier it is useless and headache. And I didn't get any call also.
