The Professional Courier reviews

This so called Professional Courier company seems to be more of a Professional Fraud company . They call their customers threatening and demanding money saying address not correct or else they will return the parcel. All their phone numbers are fake so nobody can contact them. Kindly avoid this fraud company.

Very poor service..no contact, long time to deliver

Courier booked on 7th April. Today they are calling me to come and collect the parcel in thanjavure maries corner office. They dont have delivery person. Otherwise they will deliver only the delivery person come to work.

My parcel bearing no NGD42137 which was sent from Mysuru to Pune on 05 th April still not reached me after 6 days. Normal post through India Post may have reached here even before....your name PROFESSIONAL does not suit you. Very pathetic service.

Very worst Service. Will a parcel from Marthandam will take 4 days to reach Coimbatore? Even by Bus it would have reached in one day. Still the estimated delivery date is given as 12th April.!! Horrible Service. Very very worst. Experiencing the same type of Service for the third time .No information, no response from anyone. Total waste courier service.Paying the charge & everytime we have to collect the parcel from them from their Head office. Could rate below 1 as there is no option for that .

I sent courier on 8th April to ponnamallee but still the receiver didn't get the courier

Parcel date.5th April but still not recieved my parcel and after calling the boy he is not answering calls

Not updating tracking information + Even when the courier reaches the final destination, they do not inform + They do not deliver courier at home + They ask to collect courier from the office. Overall pathetic service.
