Nonsense!!! needs 1 day but till 5th the parcel held in office. When enquire the person is saying give 2 RS charge or it'll go back.

Booked parcel to IBM Thanisandra on 01/04/24 early in the morning and till now the status is showing as out for delivery since 11-46 am of today. No s other than this.

I booked a courier to another state,the told me to be delivered between 5days, I call him on 4th day of booking they told he can't find the place which I booked and told for extra money then he will deliver on that place.

Worst service... For speed post they took almost 4 days for delivery for 300 kms ... Very poor response from the customer care when enquired

Their staffs are very lazy set of people. Can never deliver to the address, rather they will call you for pickup.

In my experience professional courier is the best barring one incident ten years back.
