Post office is amazing, beats every other carrier for price hands down to Hawaii. Only problem I ever have is when I order books (takes forever but that's a decision made by the company who is shipping company to save a few dollars using 3rd class option. It's not really the PO's fault. I wish ebay would offer an option for first class for media, but they don't so if time is important I just go with Amazon. Love the PO it's the best by far!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
