UPS tracking shows my package received by local post office June 10, would be delivered on June 12. June 21 and still no package. Tired to call local post office after being on the phone for 30 minutes never getting alive person, I decided to drive down to my local post office. I was there for almost an hour. They told me they never got the package even though tracking says otherwise. Postal worker said she would get a supervisor to come out and explain to me. Supervisor came out and proceeded to help the next 3 people in line before he would come and talk to me and this is only because I finally spoke up. I asked if I could fill out papers for a missing package his answer was no. Bad business all around. Very disappointing.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
