Can't contact about my parcel being delivered to me because I have to be an American resident to contact this company? Garbage. My parcel was supposed to arrive a month ago and it only made it to customs a few days ago? But tracking doesn't show it moving at all. I've had issues with postal service's from other countries, but at least I could contact them directly. If I ever get a choice I will never use USPS again... And will adamantly advise against anyone else using them. And sadly, from other reviews, I'm not the only one with this opinion.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
