I am not very impressed with the service these days. I was supposed to recieve a package today that had been shipped 2 days ago with 2 day shipping. It hasn't even left Phoenix yet. 3 weeks ago I sent a package to Queen Creek. I recieved conformation that it was delivered but the recipient had not received a key for the package box. After 4 more days, this person was able to catch the mail woman. The package was still sitting there in the box but she "forgot" to give him the key. In the last 3 months, he has received 8 package that are not his. He just walks to the address and delivers it. Not safe during Covid. 1 month ago I ordered something online. The shipper was only 3 blocks away but because of Covid was only doing online sales. It took 3 weeks for it to go 3 block. It went from Milliken CO to Denver to Seattle WA, back to Denver and then to Johntown. Why??? I am NOT sure what is going on with the postal service. Your service has really gone way down hill.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
