Tracking is useless. Package bound for Hawaii, guaranteed three day delivery, was tracked at initial post office (I mailed it there at the counter) to a regional processing center about 29 miles away. Then daily a message stating “ in transit, on time” for three days with NO information about where it is. Now, after the three day delivery guarantee is elapsing the only update is “package will be late”. No information at all about where it is. Obviously it is list and they have no idea where it is!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
