The worst service and false advertising I have ever been exposed to in my life I’ve been waiting now nine days for a package that they promised me even during COVID-19 would not take over 3 to 5 days when I ordered it next day air and didn’t tell me till the next day when I called wondering where my package was they should be shut downOr bought out by FedEx or UPS they are terrible no refunds no nothing not even an apology or a phone call

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
