One of the best experiences I have encountered in quite a while It was a pleasure to be served by Doug at the Norwood location. He made my visit a pleasant one. I was nervous about sending the package and how to do the same. He was calming, courteous and professional I reside in Philly, but if I need to send a package again, I will certainly go out of my way to use this location. He was informative also, giving me an approximate day it would be received I worked in the customer service area for over 40 years and I appreciate great service. Sincerely hope he is not taken for granted in this day and time. He is a gem.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
