Did a change of address well over a week before August 1st when we moved one city over from Laconia. On the 5th of August they delivered my package to my old address. I spoke with someone at Laconia post office and they would look into it. I get a call back the next day saying they have retrieved my package and it is on the way. 5 days later I get a call from Portland Maine post office saying that they cannot find my package but they are looking but won't promise anything. I called Laconia post office again and this guy said it's the first he's heard of it but we'll take a look around and call me back. Never called back! 2 days later ran the tracking number and it said package was in Laconia enroute to my new address. 5 days later still haven't received it and did a tracking number today and it says it's in Laconia and ready to be shipped. if they lost the package just say we lost a package don't play games with people especially when it's something they paid money for. If the package isn't here by Monday morning I will be filing foia requests for all of the phone calls to me and from me with all the postal employees I reacted with. they wonder why President Trump says the post office is a mess and a joke. I am living proof that the post office at least in the Northeast is a total joke!
