On July 28 I paid 9.90 to have a package returned to Indianapolis 2 day delivery expected to arrive July 31. It is now September 6 and my package is till sitting somewhere in Indianapolis but not delivered to the address it is supposed to be delivered to. Every time I check tracking it just tells me there is a delay. I tried to call the number to talk to someone—-forget that—-it is a total disaster. You cant reach a soul. The phone either cuts off or it sends you in circles. This is absolutely ridiculous. Our local post office cant help—-not part of their job to track packages. Im so frustrated as I am now out 84.00—my guess is that package is long gone. Im thankful that I have alternative to ways and places to take my business—-even if I have to pay more. I feel badly for the people that have to work at the postal service—Im sure they take all the blame for the head honchos that who are totally incompetent and responsible for this mess. All I can say is VOTE——lets change the next four years and get everything back on target!!!!!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
