I spent $102.00 for next day. It got to NJ Toms River 08753 post office at 12:59. My sister and her husband were home ALLLLLL day. They have cameras all around the house, plus my sister called the post office at 1PM that afternoon and spoke to a postmaster who said there was nobody home and that notice was left at 14:25. That package was scanned, NO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT AVAILABLE. My sister told the postmaster they've been home all day. So he said he would call her back. Well at 3:15pm a car pulls up and a mailman gives my sister the package. She signed for it, at that time and he, the postman said he doesn't know what happened. So I think I should be refunded because it was the post offices fault. Please see what can be do e here. I use the USPS constantly and this is a mistake on your side. It was $102.00. And these days, that money is hard to spend. Please get back to me. Thank you. 787 546-4589.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
