Very unhappy. I sent my granddaughter a pkg on Sept 28 and I didn’t have an apt # , so it was not delivered. It went to absecon nj on Oct 1st where they said it had a wrong address. So should have been sent back to sender. It is now oct 11th no package came back to me. I spent time making cookies for my granddaughter who is in college and sent her other things in that pkg. it cast me $15.00 to sent it, and the pkg didn’t come back to me yet. Needless to say making several phone nobody knows nothing. I will now send all my pkgs ups. I’m pissed

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
