I would never trust you with any ballot!!! Your phone system is the worse system I have ever dealt with!! I spent over 30 minutes trying to find a real person to talk to about a package that you lost. I would like to know why my package actually arrived in Chattanooga only to be shipped back out and not delivered to my home. However since you can’t get a real person to talk to there is no way to find out how and why this happened. This is the worst system ever! If I could have rated you low than 1 Star I would have!! I would highly suggest you work on your customer service. It is really bad!!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
