I made 2 boxes, both were mailed at the same post office at the same time on 10/23/2020 at 11:21am - expected delivery date was 10/26/2020- the smaller box arrived on 10/27/2020- the other box arrived on 10/26/2020 in NJ! The boxes were mailed in ILLINOIS, to be delivered in MISSOURI! WHY DID 1 HAVE TO GO TO NJ??? TODAY IS 10/28/2020 & its still not delivered its now SITTING IN KC, KS.! When will this box get to its distination??

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
