I’d give zero stars if possible. Still waiting on a package that was 55 min from my home about 10 days ago and was sent to a different regional facility 3 hours away and has been sitting there for about 10 days. I have an online business and my customer would really LOVE their merchandise but I’m not waiting on much assist from USPS because I’ve been trying to sisal with a real person for about a week. GO FEDEX OR UPS..

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
