USPS received thousands of dollars of business from our company each year yet assumes no personal responsibility for Destruction and subsequent loss of packages that they handle. They have broken rifles in half, refuse to deliver off the rode on a mailing address just because of laziness over a signature on a handgun, and misplaced it. And destroy the packaging of thousands of dollars worth of valuable books and claimed no responsibility, yet after sending a notice they were found would not send them to our original destination that was paid for because they claimed we could not prove that they were ours. They are basically a rogue government organization that shows no way of communication to resolve a problem that they cause either at the local post office or through any of their useless 800 numbers.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
