Mailed a package on11/06/20and was delivered today, the 2 items inside the box were double bubble wrapped, the package arrived today with large holes in it and the items inside broken. The local post office said that they can’t do anything, 17.00 to ship a package that was marked FRAGILE all over it, it looks as if it was done intentionally, the items were to be put on my grand-daughters grave. The USPS should be SHUT down, maybe if the employees didn’t have jobs they could reflect on the service that they gave to customers.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
