The customer service representative named Paula is so arrogant that I’m asking her questions and she hang up the call that’s so sad that she’s is there to answer the questions and I’m dissatisfied with that how one representative be so arrogant and anger to there customers is that right to do so every time every customer call customer representative to solve or some have query about that problem but this kind of representative have such attitude that’s not a point to behave like this. This behave is such not acceptable from you guys because of this representative it can effect of bad image of your company I will never ever recommend to others

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
