I I'm very disappointed in the service I know it's doing covid and things have slowed up considerably however I've been waiting on a package now for 5 days that's coming from Mount Laurel and I live in West Deptford and the package still has not yet arrived tracking does not give me any information other than is on its way and will be late and no one on the phone in customer service can offer any help other than what's on the tracking information. Not good, poor service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
