What a wonderful experience... I had the nicest, friendliest, most helpful postal clerk at the Cedar Grove, NJ post office... I've never had the pleasure of working with him before, but I'll happily go back and hope to see him again. I know he was smiling behind his mask... we need more people like him in the world! It says Clerk #10 on my receipt! Thank you for a happy employee who made me aware of services for my package that I wasn't aware of! Happy Thanksgiving!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
