I am a USPS worker checking my certified mail piece that was sent NOV. 19, 2020 as a first class flat as of today DEC. 2, 2020 ITS STILL SHOWING ITS IN TRANSIT!! THIS is UNACCEPTABLE!! This was a reimbursement medical claim of 400$ the reason I decided to send it certified because the insurance company said they hadn't received these claims at all after one month of sending them, so that is why I wanted to track them!! I used the APC machine for this mailing and I won't ever use it again!! Come on we have got to do a better job, there is way to much competition!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
