I ordered a Shark Vac Mop on 11/27/20. I signed up for your text msg service to tell me when package would be arrive. I got a text msg this morning that said my package would be at my house between 10am - 11am. It is 2:33pm and my package is still not here. The USPS just went to my neighbors house and dropped off package, and didn't bring one to my house. I am not happy. Next time I will use a different shipping company.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
