I send off a package on last week Friday i was told it would be delivered on November 30 it is now December 6th i been texting now respond telling me where is my delivery i have to go on the website to track down my package some days it shows the same date i do understand it's running late maybe do to Covid-19 but dang i even tried to refresh my page to show new updates but nothing i have to wait almost two days to even show the right date smh i don't think I'll send anymore mail from this company again

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
