Sent candy to AZ on 12/2/2020 with a delivery date of 12/5/2020. Just tracked the package and it is in Phoenix AZ Post Office not at the person I sent it to address. This is now 12/6/2020. This is not the first disappointing time that I have paid more to insure package is delivered in 2 days and it does not arrive. Next time I will ship UPS who is reliable and gets the package there when they say they will. USPS is going steadily downhill and yet charges more to mail. Hmmm

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
