I took a Return to Sender package to the Farragut Tennessee post office on November 12th. This is December 7th and the package has never left the facility. They tracking number shows nothing. I am out $75 for a product I did not order and I cannot get a refund until the product is found and return to the company. It is in its original Shipping package and was never opened. No one at the post office was able to help me. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable! I would rate it at zero Stars if I could

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
