My mother sends me several packages a year and the last 3 she has tried to send me have been a nightmare. She pays for priority 2 day shipping and all 3 packages have arrived late 1 took 12 days the 2nd took a week and now this is the 3rd package she has sent 2 days hipping and has been sitting at the distribution center in FL for 3 days. My package was due to be delivered yesterday and there has been no updates on when the package should arrive. This is beyond unacceptable why pay for 2 day shipping if it won't arrive for 2 days?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
