Since I moved to 30101 Acworth is the worst possible postal service I have received in my 70 years of life. Right now they are holding my package hostage, tracking number says they received it on 12-07 and for the past 3 days they are holding on to it at their facility and have not deliver it This is not the first time this happens. I wonder how much longer do we need to put up with terrible service. The women at the post office seem to be miserable and don’t know what good customer service looks or feels like. They should be retired and let someone who like to treat people well, take their jobs

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
