I shipped several packages Priority mail on Tuesday, December 1st at 1pm, all but 1 package was delivered by Saturday , December 5th. The last one was delivered today 7 working days after it was shipped. Priority mail to laurel Maryland from Cardiff CA was to take 3 working days. I paid for this special priority mail delivery and I got slow mail delivery instead. I am unhappy to have paid the price for 3 day delivery and would like a refund on this package tracking number 9505513206870336445000. This is unacceptable since my package had perishable item of baked goods that now show the beginnings of mold. A Christmas gift to my family have now been destroyed because of poor delivery service. A refund in the amount of 21.10 should be sent to Monique De'Jovanee P.O. Box 849 CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA CA 92007. Thank you

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
