I paid for Express service it has now been a week and my grandsons package who is only 1 hour from me has not been delivered it is being held up in Sandston Va. It was only going to NewsomVa it was supposed to be delivered 12/5/20 its 12/12/20 and it it has had no movement out of the Sandston Va post office since 12/4/20Why? So there is a very disappointed 3yr old in Newsom waiting on his Birthday present and Very Angry MeMe in Petersburg Va because I paid for 1 day service and didnt get it and they dontseem to give a rat's ass. I could have walked it there by now myself. Its getting where people arenteven getting the mail trucks coming by on days getting their mail and delivering mail these days. It has happened to me in Petersburg and I know it's happened to my mom in Va Beach. What the heck is going on? Thought you could depend on the mail service rain shine snow or any weather? Guess that's not so true anymore. I am really angry they didnt even offer to give me my money back for 1 day service I didnt get. I will be back on the phone with them Monday if my grandson dont get his package this weekend. If anyone else is having these problems please write about it maybe they get enough complaints they will do something about the service
