So Ms. D at the Pickerington Ohio location is the most caring postal employee I've encountered in a very long time. She was behind the scenes, saw a parcel I had just dropped in the box and ran out to track me down after realizing it woukd be sent back to me for "my" error in postage. Who does that, she could have rolled her eyes at another goof who didn't know what they were doing during the Christmas rush. Nope, not her, she tracked me down and helped me correct my error.....now THAT is customer service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
