I find the USPS to be at the bottom regarding delivery, their system is outdated, no wonder many other carriers are doing great while USPS is going down the hill and fast, most of the experiences I've had with USPS are negative. For instance I just went down there to the Pagosa Springs P. O. and asked the clerk for any packages sent to me, he looked for anything addressed to and he said he found nothing. Once I returned home, I decided to track the laptop that I bought online and to my surprise I just read that my package has been sitting there at the P. O. since last Saturday, Dec. 12 and today is Tuesday, Dec. 15, and I wasn't able to pick up my laptop at the P. O. since who knows where they put it, the clerk just couldn't find it. Really terrible.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
