Sent a package express delivery on 12/0802020 still sitting in Cleveland with parishables in it I might add! On 12/13/2020 was supposed to be there Saturday it’s now almost wendsday! Website shows it as transit and sitting in the Cleveland hun since the 9th! I paid 20$ for a pkg to be delivered very late if it gets delivered at all! The USPS is a joke no delivery is guaranteed website and front desk clerk are useless! On my receipt it says covid 19 impacts package delivery times may be extended however Priority Mail Express service will not change. What a joke I could’ve drove it to NY state myself 4 times over. Will not be using this service again and would like to know how your going to compensate me for wasting my time and not delivering it’s still sitting as of 12/15/2020

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
