I am really upset about the usps “service”. I sent two packages on 12/07 on priority mail, one to go to Charleston, SC, and one to Richmond, VA. They were supposed to arrive on 12/10. The one to Charleston arrived there on time, the one to Richmond, according to the tracking, has been “stuck” in transit in the same place (Charleston, WV) ever since I sent it from Huntington, WV! I don’t know if it will ever get to its destination with my Christmas presents, or if it has been lost forever. I don’t even know where to present my claim!!! Very disappointed!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
