I sent a box overnight delivery with waived signature, and the delivery person didn’t leave the box causing my son to have to go to the post office tomorrow due to work. That’s not what I paid for. I also had a box sent to a different state on December 14 sent priority mail that has still not made it to its final destination. Paid for insurance on both packages also. This is unacceptable and I will not use USPS again to send boxes. It’s not the first time I have issues with priority mail packages or envelopes. Something needs to be done to fix the system overall.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
